AlohaCare
Employee Political Action Committee
What is an EPAC?
An Employee Political Action Committee supports candidates who stand for issues that are important to us.

The AlohaCare EPAC focuses on issues that affect the health and wellness of our members. These issues include:
-
Support for local and non-profit organizations
-
Quality care at a lower cost
-
Dental care for adult Medicaid beneficiaries
-
Innovative community programs
-
Medicaid eligibility processes that avoid unnecessary disruption to care
-
Public health initiatives that build healthy communities

The AlohaCare EPAC contributes to candidates running for state office as a way to complement AlohaCare’s public policy initiatives throughout the year.
How do I contribute?
AlohaCare employees, Board members, and their families may contribute to the AlohaCare EPAC. Your contribution will help in the election of officials that support issues important to us. You may contribute up to $1,000 for the primary election and $1,000 for the general election.
